Symposium 2026

The QU health sector annual research symposium offers a platform for faculty members, students, clinical affiliates, and other institutional partners to present their research findings, exchange ideas, and foster collaboration through formal scientific presentations. It aims to highlight ongoing research efforts, promote interdisciplinary dialogue, and strengthen the research and innovation ecosystem across the health sector. 

From Evidence to Impact: Research, Innovation, and Policy for Better Health

The symposium aims to:

• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration among researchers, clinicians, policymakers, and innovators to drive meaningful health outcomes.
• Highlight the role of research and innovation in shaping evidence-informed health policies.

1^st day: October 14th, 2026, H-12 Auditorium (G103)

• Workshop organized in coordination with the College of Engineering.
  
• Poster Exhibition and Evaluation. 
• Coffee Break.

2^nd day: October 15th, 2026, H-12 Auditorium (G103)

• Keynote speech: TBD.
• Eight (6) Mic Drop Masters level graduate students oral presentations.
• Eight (6) Mic Drop PhD candidate graduate students oral presentations.
• Five (5) presentations from selected Research Network Groups, delivered by RNG leads and faculty members across the QU Health colleges and the Biomedical Research Center (BRC).

• Panel discussion session.
